All items 2lbs and under, are shipped for $10.00. Additional shipping costs may apply contingent on the quantity, weight, and zip code. This information will be relayed to you prior to completing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

All custom hand painted items are detailed per your request. Although, pictures are helpful, because items are hand painted, they will have similarities, but not an exact image.

Returns/Exchanges are not allowed. Should your item arrive damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately, and I will provide a new product. Please allow 7-10 business days.

Store Policy

Please allow at least 10-15 business days from the date of your deposit to complete your custom masterpiece. If there is a delay due to current orders/commissions and projects, this will be relayed to you prior to your order.

Please allow 10-15 business days for shipping for canvas prints, backpacks, custom cups, tumblers, & wine glasses. There may be a possible delay on phone cases and mouse pads due to Covid-19 depending on the vendor.
No refunds/returns on purchases. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact via email immediately to discuss replacing your damaged item.
Please track your packages to ensure proper and safe delivery.
